1. Naked Cart
Naked Cart is a shopping discovery platform designed to let users discover products, save products, build virtual carts, and complete simulated checkout experiences.
2. Simulated checkout
A Naked Cart checkout is not a real retail transaction. Completing a simulated or "fake" checkout does not place an order, charge a payment method, reserve inventory, or create an obligation for a retailer to provide a product.
3. Third-party products
Naked Cart does not directly sell, manufacture, fulfill, ship, or accept payment for products offered by third-party retailers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, images, retailer information, and other product data may originate from participating retailers, affiliate networks, or other approved data sources and may change without notice.
4. Retailer purchases
If you choose to leave Naked Cart and purchase a product from a retailer, that transaction is between you and the applicable retailer.
The retailer's own terms, privacy policy, shipping rules, return policy, warranty terms, pricing, and customer-service policies apply to that transaction.
5. Affiliate relationships
Some links on Naked Cart may be affiliate links. Naked Cart may receive a commission if you follow an eligible affiliate link and complete a qualifying transaction with a retailer.
Use of an affiliate link does not increase the price charged to you by Naked Cart.
6. No guarantee of product information
Naked Cart aims to display useful product information but does not guarantee that third-party pricing, inventory, descriptions, or other retailer information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Confirm important details directly with the retailer before completing a purchase.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Naked Cart, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, scrape or reproduce protected content unlawfully, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
Naked Cart branding, original interface elements, text, software, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party product names, trademarks, images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Beta and service availability
Naked Cart is under active development. Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.
10. Disclaimer
Naked Cart is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature or item of third-party information will be error-free.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated as Naked Cart develops. Continued use after updated terms are posted may constitute acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
